Twenty versions were shaped behind closed doors—tested, rebuilt and quietly carried forward. V21 is where the method changes. I’m building in public to create a real record of the decisions, setbacks and breakthroughs instead of presenting a polished story after the fact.

Public work creates accountability. It invites useful pressure, sharper feedback and the chance for people to understand not only what Sentinel becomes, but why each choice was made. This is the build as it happens: unfinished, honest and moving.
